Repairs
Easy Computer provides CompTIA A+ certified computer and network setup and repair services both on-site (your place) as well as carry-in (our place). Flat rates are offered so you will know the cost ahead of any work being done. All rates are plus the cost of any parts. We will call you if part are required before any work is done. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge if the computer system can't be fixed, or if it's not worth fixing, we will tell you that also.
Computer System RepairFlat-rate Repair Rates:
Carry-in Desktop: $99.00
Carry-in Notebook: $99.00
On-Site: $129.00
Of course, cost of any parts your system might need, along with Hawaii GET will be added. But, that's it. No hiddent cost or charges for travel time.
Network Setup and RepairEasy Computer also provides on-site network setup and repair services. Want to go wireless with security, or have and extra computer(s) that you would like to share the Internet with? Or do you want to share a printer with more than one computer?
On-site Network setup or repair: $129.00 to setup three computers and share one printer. Just $25 for each additional computer or printer on the network.
